The Boneless Leg of Lamb is a Lamb Roast boned and tied – and very easy to carve. It is often stuffed with herbs, either by slitting a pocket on the side or flattening it out so you can roll it like a jelly roll with your choice of stuffing inside. Schatzie will even stuff it for you!
