Colorado Leg of Lamb

The Leg of Lamb makes a wonderful, elegant roast for typically 5 to 6 people. It is similar to Roast Beef and terrific for special occasions when you want to feed and impress a gathering of family or friends. Schatzie likes to roast his Leg of Lamb for 1 1/2 hours at 375° flavoring it with garlic slivers and fresh rosemary. He prefers it rare.
