Colorado Top Round Lamb

The Top Round Lamb is a roast from the muscular part of the leg and is used as a substitute for the Leg of Lamb when you want a roast for only 2 to 3 people. The roast is usually 2 lbs. to 2 ½ lbs and very simple to prepare – salt, pepper, garlic and lemon, then in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour at 350°.
