Chicken Cutlets are made from chicken breasts, without the bone and skin. The breast is cut in half and then sliced into cutlets and pounded. Schatzie’s favorite Chicken Cutlet recipe – Chicken Milanese – is quite simple to prepare. You dredge each thin chicken cutlet in flour, then dip it in eggs, and finally coat it with well-seasoned bread crumbs.
